What kind of paper are the fine art paper prints printed on?
Fine art paper prints are printed Moab Museum Quality Archival Luster Paper. This is high quality exhibition paper, 11 mil 300g paper, with a fine art surface that is somewhere between a matte and a gloss. It is ideal for exhibition and gallery quality prints. It has an elegant texture that is consistent with that of a traditional dark room print. It will be printed using 11 Colors Canon Lucia Pro Archival Inks.
Can I buy a print in black and white instead of color?
Both color and black and white versions of each print are available. Simply click the link in a listing to be sent to the black and white listing or its corresponding color listing.
If there is no alternate black and white listing available, simply go thru the checkout process with a print, purchase it, and immediately message the store stating if you'd prefer the print in black and white.
Are canvas prints available?
Photos are available to purchase as a canvas print and in larger sizes. To order a gallery wrapped canvas print of this image, visit the link here.
How does this print come?
Fine art paper prints that are ordered unframed come un-matted & unframed. The displayed frame in each listing is shown for staging and preview purposes only.
Fine art paper prints that are ordered framed come custom framed in a wood black frame with a 2" white matte around the edges of the print. The displayed frame in each listing is shown for staging and preview purposes only and may not be an exact match.
Canvas prints come as a gallery wrapped canvas print, wrapped around 1.5" frame. They come with a wire hanger pre-installed on the back of the print. Making them ready to hang out of the box.
Image cropping may slightly vary than what is shown in preview. As this depends on what size print you order and its corresponding dimensions.
Do you offer custom print sizes and orders?

Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN USA)
Items are shipped from the United States and will include tracking numbers.
Unframed prints and canvas prints are generally processed and shipped out within 3-7 business days after receiving the order.
Framed prints may take 8-15 business days to process and ship out, as each order is custom framed by hand.
For domestic orders (within US), the orders are shipped via UPS ground and you will be sent a tracking number upon shipment. From there, packages arrive at different speeds depending on your geographic region.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping carriers for international orders may vary and you will receive tracking numbers.
International shipping is available for only paper fine art prints and not gallery wrapped canvas prints.
An additional shipping charge may be added to international orders.
Upon receiving a tracking number after the order ships, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for you to receive an international order. In some cases it may take longer depending on the customs process for each country.
Is faster shipping available like overnight shipping?

How is the print packaged?
The photography print is shipped flat in bend proof packaging for smaller size paper prints, any size framed print, as well as any size canvas print.
Large size paper prints may need to be shipped securely via shipping tube depending on their size and destination.
refund and exchange policy
Do you offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations?
Each order is custom made so we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact me if there are any problems with an order.
What happens if an order arrives damaged?
If an order is damaged during the shipping process, please contact me with the order number and a photo of the damage. We'll try are best to get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
